These are the general trading conditions for JK-Medico.dk, which always apply to trading with JK-Medico.dk, unless otherwise stated.
Payment
You can currently only shop via bank transfer, but in the future you will, among other things, could pay with Dankort, Visa or MasterCard. If the information on this overview is correct, click "pay". VAT is not included in our prices. We take reservations for misprints and sold out items.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery takes place from the nearest warehouse
The delivery costs are paid by the buyer and are described in the web shop - otherwise Post Danmark's rates apply.
Delivery of the purchased item is up to 2 weeks, but normally within 5 working days if the item is in stock.
Right of withdrawal and return
You have 14 days right of cancellation from the time the item is delivered. If you regret the purchase, you must send the item back to the below address at your own expense no later than the 14th day after receipt.
In order for you to make use of the right of return, the item must be intact, unused and in the same condition as when you received it. All original packaging must be enclosed. Returns must be made in proper packaging. When you return the item, it must be in substantially the same condition as when you received it.
A product that has been used cannot be returned.
If you use the right of withdrawal, you will get your money back as soon as we have received the item back and had the opportunity to examine it. The money will be deposited into your account. Therefore, remember to state your account number when you return the item. We also ask you to state the reason why you regret your purchase

Registration of information
When you submit information about yourself to JK-Medico.dk - for example your name, your e-mail, your address or your telephone number - we naturally take the protection of your information very seriously.
JK-Medico.dk registers your name and address as well as the invoice in its customer register in connection with the purchase. The information is not passed on, but JK-Medico.dk keeps the registration for five years.
When ordering, where JK-Medico.dk only acts as an intermediary, your information is passed on to our business partner so that he can carry out the delivery. The information is only used to process your order.
JK-Medico.dk uses log files on the site. The log files are used to register which choices the user makes on the page and which paths the user takes.
When paying by credit card, registration takes place via a secure server where the information is encrypted.
When purchasing from an advertiser, where JK-Medico.dk simply conveys the discount and/or accepts the orders, the advertiser's conditions will be written in the advertisement.
Complaint processing
If the item is delayed or has a fault, you can complain to the address or telephone number below.
Complaints about defects in the product must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect or should have discovered the defect during a normal review of the product. You can advertise in writing or orally. According to section 83 of the Purchase Act, subsection 1, the right to object to defects ceases to apply two years after receipt of the goods.
When JK-Medico.dk receives a complaint about a product, the complaint is processed as soon as possible. JK-Medico.dk will decide whether the item must be repaired, exchanged, or whether, if the consumer wishes instead, a price reduction must be given. Remember to inform us about the reason you are advertising.

The right to complain is only valid if you have used the product in a normal, responsible manner and have not caused damage to the product yourself or used it incorrectly.

Remember to always send the item back in proper packaging and get a receipt for the shipment so that we can reimburse your costs if you are successful in your complaint.

To shop at JK-Medico.dk, you must be at least 18 years old and agree to the above trading conditions.
JK-Medico.dk is not responsible for any delays with Post Danmark or other transport suppliers.
JK-Medico.dk cannot be held responsible for i.a. delays or viruses caused by the use of e-mail or downloads.
JK-Medico.dk is subject to the applicable laws and regulations on product liability in Denmark and the EU at all times.
Any disputes and lawsuits must be settled by Danish courts in accordance with Danish law.
