Development, production, sales and service in J.K. Medico is organized and carried out according to a quality management system developed in accordance with the guidelines in ISO 9001:2015.

Our subcontractor HP Elektronik-montage is certified according to ISO 9001: 2015

The system, which is under continuous development, entails, among other things, that all produced units are registered 'from cradle to grave' and, as a result, can be traced at any time. Any errors or irregularities are recorded in order to determine the cause. This is done to ensure J.K. Medico's objective:

• To develop and produce products with high reliability and with functionality and quality that meet the needs of the customer and the end user.
• To process the present orders precisely - That is: agreed product and quantity at the agreed price at the agreed delivery time - and to the greatest extent possible to show flexibility in the delivery situation.
• To maintain a high level of service - both before and during and after the time of sale.
